I’m a vegetarian,
meaning family & friends (…and strangers) often worry about my protein intake.
so to make a quick point:
for an adult woman of my size i should average 42 grams of protein daily.
(take your weight in pounds, divide it by 2.2, then multiply by 0.8)
in my breakfast alone i get 20 grams of healthy protein.
3/4 cup kashi go lean.
1 cup vanilla light soy milk.
1 small banana (i give the tips to mingus).
